This beautiful antique ring has a cat's eye chrysoberyl bezel set in the center of  diamonds.  The chrysoberyl measures 6.2mm in diameter and is surrounded by 13 bead/bezel set old mine cut diamonds.  The chrysoberyl weighing approx. 1.10 cts, it is transparent to translucent, of a medium yellowish green color displaying a chatoyancy of a cat's eye, well centered, identified as a natural chrysoberyl.  The 13 diamonds are an estimated total weight of .40 carats, they are of I/J color and SI clarity.  The mount is 18k rose gold.  This ring is of English origin, weighs 3.7 grams and is circa 1890.  It is a size 7.  $1,900.
