This stunning antique ring is French in origin.  The handmade setting is platinum.  The sapphires are natural blue Ceylon sapphires.  There are 3 rose-cut sapphires that are bezel set.  There are eight channel-set sapphires.  The approximate total sapphire weight is 0.50cts.  There diamonds are Euro and full-cuts.  The 2 diamonds in the center are bezel-set and the ten side diamonds are bead-set.  The approximate tdw is 0.30cts.  The diamonds are G-H in color and SI in clarity.  This vintage ring is a size 4 1/2 and can be sized if needed.  The center front of the ring measures 14 x 16 mm.  The sides of the shank are hand carved.  This ring dates to about 1920.  $2,200.
