This is a vintage flip ring.  The beautiful filigree setting is 14k white gold.  The shell cameo has a 0.01 ct diamond pendant.  This ring flips to black onyx with a 0.01 diamond in the center.  The center opens as a locket.  It has the ring intact to hold a photo.  This ring measures 20.5 mm top to bottom and 13 mm across the front.  This ring is a size 6 3/4 and can be sized.  Ca. 1920.  $975.
