This antique amethyst  ring is set in 10K rose gold. I would  consider the gold to be very rosy in color.   The oval cabochon amethyst is prong set.  The color of the amethyst is not as darker than the bottom photo.  The photo light makes it appears lighter in color in the bottom photo.  The band is 4 mm in width.  The center front of the ring measures 12 mm top to bottom.  This Victorian ring is in perfect and original condition.  This ring is a size 8 1/4 and can be sized if needed.  Circa 1900.   $425.
