This antique ring has a bezel set peridot set in 14 k rose gold.  The arms have engraving.  The cabachon peridot measures 6 mm across.  The band is 3 mm in width.  This vintage ring is a size 9 and can be sized if needed.  Ca. 1920.  $375.
